The Pennsylvania Barber & Cosmetology Association is a state-wide organization dedicated to the cosmetology professionals who work in and around PA. Our primary focus is on the concerns our profession faces with emphasis on education, legislation, community outreach, and career development. We support our members through a network of professionals who have experience in all aspects of the industry. The PABCA includes representatives from every facet of our profession: students/teachers, salon owners, business managers, corporate/product representatives, and the talented individuals behind the chair. We look forward to welcoming you as our newest member!
The ultimate goals of the PABCA are maintaining the professional status of the cosmetology industry, supporting your career development, and providing you with the tools necessary to be a successful member of our trade. Our focus is on you, the professionals who live and work in Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. As neighbors, we know the needs and concerns of the region and can tailor our programs to meet those demands. Membership fees are affordable. With a sliding scale for corporate, school, & salon members we can ensure our benefits are accessible for everyone.
Your membership in the Pennsylvania Barber and Cosmetology Association includes:

Individual - $95
Student - $55
School, Salon, or Corporate with:
2-5 Employees - $170
6-10 Employees - $220
11-20 Employees - $270
21-30 Employees - $320
Out of state (all levels) - Add $25
